i had a great stay at this cozy place! the location was perfect for accessing the beach, and the heated pool was a delight for relaxing moments. my previous visit to old orchard beach wasn't as enjoyable, but this stay truly exceeded my expectations for comfort and cleanliness.

Proximity to the beach and town is a major plus, making it easy to enjoy both the seaside and local shops without needing a car. The family room featured a well-equipped kitchenette with a real coffee maker, which added to the comfort. However, the layout made the front living area a bit warm, and the futon wasn’t ideal for longer stays. Hearing the train pass during the night occasionally interrupted sleep, but the overall ambiance was pleasant.

Plus, the warm pool was a delightful escape after a long day exploring local eats—definitely check out Local Eatery & Tap nearby for tasty bites!

But let's be real, the bathroom could've used some more space, and the chairs outside were a bit of a sit test. A comforter would’ve made those chilly nights cozier too!

The location was pleasantly quiet, allowing for peaceful relaxation. The availability of gas grills made dinner enjoyable, filling the area with delightful aromas. The fridge and microwave were handy for snacks and quick meals.

I loved my stay here! The location was unbeatable, right on the beach and conveniently close to the pier. My room was cozy and clean, and I had a great time in the adults-only pool and hot tub. One thing I wish improved was the mattress. it could have been a bit more comfortable.

Oh my goodness, the beach access is just steps away from your room, making it so easy to soak up the sun! The heated pool is nothing short of heaven, and our family suite was perfect with a separate space for the kiddos. Just a nice choice for a mini-break over the weekend in Old Orchard Beach with great value for the money. The hardwood floors in our room were a lovely touch, making it feel clean and inviting. If you enjoy beach access, make sure to take advantage of the great location!
